Phil, Raid Alpine 2018

Hi Jenny,

Just to let you know that The Alpine Raid was the greatest experience I have ever had on two wheels it all went better than expected.

The climbs were hard but being on the same roads that the tdf uses made it extra special. The hotel stops were great and living out of my bags was a new experience but made me much more organised and tidy. I knew most of the riders from Mallorca and those I didn’t know we soon understood each other on the Cols.

The last ride down into Nice was magical fast descent and then the ride along the seafront. I grabbed a beer after a quick swim in the sea then back to the hotel for a well earned shower.
