The Mar Hotels Playa Mar Hotel & Spa is a 4* aparthotel with a beautiful spa. Based 50m from the sea and the end of the Pine Walk, it is our main base in Puerto Pollensa.

Room types:
The Playa Mar hotel is an aparthotel which means that the rooms are small apartments. Each has a bedroom with a double or twin beds, a bathroom, and a living area with sofa, TV, fridge, microwave, kettle and a full double bed. It is therefore possible for up to 3 adults (or a family of 4) to share an apartment, and if two people share, they have the option of sleeping in separate rooms.
You can choose between single, twin, triple or quad occupancy and there are four different types of room:
- Regular suite which faces away from the pool and has a balcony.
- Premium suite (minimum twin occupancy) which is on the ground floor facing away from the pool and has a private outdoor patio space.
- Pool view suite which faces the pool and has a balcony.
- Premium pool view suite (minimum twin occupancy) which is on the ground floor facing the pool and has a private outdoor patio space.
Meal options:
The Playa Mar hotel can be booked either on a half-board basis (a buffet breakfast and dinner are included), or all-inclusive. The latter includes drinks at meals and in the bar, bar snacks and lunch at the hotel if you are in the hotel at lunchtime.
Bike facilities:
Our bike room, hire bikes and mechanics are based at the Playa Mar. If you rent a bike from us, this is where you’ll collect it from, and we can provide mechanical support in the event of a problem with your own bike. Bikes can be kept in your room at the Playa Mar.
