The 4* Occidental Playa de Palma in C’an Pastilla is our main base in February and November. Close to Palma, 200m from the fantastic Arenal beach and just 10 minutes from the airport, it makes the ideal base from which to explore the south of the island.

Room types:
- Double rooms have a double bed or twin beds and a balcony or terrace. They are suitable for two people to share, or can be booked with single occupancy.
- Superior double rooms are larger, have a double or twin beds and a balcony or terrace. They are suitable for two people to share, or can be booked with single occupancy.
- Apartments have a separate bedroom with double bed or twin beds, a living area with a sofa-bed, a kitchen and a balcony or terrace.
Meal options:
The Occidental Playa de Palma can be booked on a half-board basis (a buffet breakfast and dinner are included). You can also add all-inclusive when you check in, which provides you with lunch at the hotel, bar snacks, unlimited soft drinks, three alcoholic drinks at lunch/dinner and 50% off alcoholic drinks in the bar.
Bike (and some other) facilities:
The Occidental has a bike room with bike wash and tools, in addition to a bike shop. Bikes can be kept in your room or in the bike room.
There is a heated outdoor swimming pool that is covered in the winter, as well as a Wellness Centre featuring a sauna, Turkish bath, heated indoor swimming pool and massage service.
