Hi Helen

It’s just over 2 weeks since we contacted you about a potential short cycling trip to Mallorca.
From the beginning to now sitting here waiting for our flight back to London the service we have received and experienced has really been beyond exceptional.
In our opinion it’s always starts with ‘location, location’ and Mallorca, Puerto Pollenca and Mar Senses Hotel are spot on.
All the staff we met were fantastic, from the taxi driver from the airport, Ed the mechanic and Wayne and Simon as cycling guides. Not to mention ALL the staff in the hotel.
We are working hard already to organise ourselves for a return trip to Mar Senses next year. Please could you look at your availability around Easter weekend 2022, 5-7 nights. We are reasonably flexible about dates. Ideally, leaving UK on Thursday 21st April 2022 please.
It’s very exciting to be able to plan ahead a bit more.
Thank you once again, you’ve been brilliant and we shall spread the word about you to our many cycling friends.
